Each member is permitted exactly one oke25 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagers on the oke25 platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). oke25 charges no transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Access to and use of the oke25 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This is a non-negotiable eligibility threshold. oke25 is an adults-only gaming environment. You must be a resident of Indonesia to use the oke25 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be subject to any court order, guardian arrangement, or legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into and being bound by these Terms.
Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from oke25 or from any other online gaming platform are not eligible to register a new account during the active self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under a different identity constitutes fraud and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active oke25 account at any time. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. oke25 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment-method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts and associated balances will be closed and forfeited without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. oke25 bears no liability for losses or service disruptions arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. oke25 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify oke25 support immediately at [email protected]. oke25 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to secure their credentials.
oke25 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. oke25 may suspend withdrawal privileges until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
Members wishing to close their account voluntarily may contact the oke25 support team at any time. Prior to account closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method. Bonus credits outstanding at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.
oke25 currently accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice. Up-to-date payment method information is always accessible in the Cashier section of the Member's account.
The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no stated maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, oke25 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for deposits above specified thresholds in accordance with its internal compliance policy.
Deposits made via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically credited to the Member's account balance within five (5) minutes of successful bank confirmation. Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited within two (2) minutes. oke25 does not guarantee specific processing times and bears no liability for delays caused by the Member's payment provider.
All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). oke25 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Any transfer made in a foreign currency will be rejected and returned to the originating account, with any exchange-rate losses or fees borne by the Member.
Members must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, credit cards, or anonymous payment sources are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a prohibited source will be returned and the associated account reviewed for compliance.
Only the real-money balance in a Member's account is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus credits and any funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. The Member must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the Member's account balance.
oke25 targets a withdrawal processing window of one (1) to three (3) hours for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to BCA and BRI frequently complete within thirty (30) minutes. oke25 reserves the right to extend processing times in exceptional circumstances, including during scheduled maintenance windows, public holidays, or periods of high transaction volume. Members will be notified of any significant delays via their registered email address.
All withdrawal requests must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as the oke25 account. oke25 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This requirement exists to protect Members against fraud and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
oke25 charges zero platform fees on withdrawals. However, receiving banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside oke25's control and are borne entirely by the Member.
oke25 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending additional identity verification, fraud review, or compliance screening. The Member will be notified of any hold and advised of the documents or information required to release the hold. oke25 aims to resolve all verification holds within 48 hours of receiving the requested documentation.
New members who have completed full KYC verification are eligible to claim the oke25 welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirement applicable to the welcome bonus are stated on the Promotions page and may be updated from time to time. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible member, per household, per device, and per payment method.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. All bets placed on the oke25 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Member's sole responsibility to review all bet details — including selection, odds, stake, and market type — before confirming a wager. oke25 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrable technical error on the Platform's part.
Sportsbook markets covering football (including BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports events are governed by the specific sport rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between a specific sport rule and these general Terms, the specific sport rule shall prevail. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be individually confirmed and are subject to the accumulator rules stated in the Sportsbook section. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled according to the Asian Handicap settlement rules published on the Platform.
Live casino and virtual casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as supplied by the respective licensed game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, or Spribe). oke25 does not modify game rules and has no ability to influence game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error that affects a bet, oke25 reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the original stake to the Member's account. oke25 will not honour bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on incorrectly configured markets. A "manifest error" is defined as a price or market configuration that a reasonable person would have recognised as incorrect at the time of placement.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the Platform and are displayed within each game or market interface. oke25 reserves the right to adjust individual account betting limits at its discretion, including in response to identified patterns of professional arbitrage or syndicate betting activity.

oke25 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. oke25 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oke25 excludes all liability for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage — regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or oke25 had been advised of their possibility.
In any circumstances where oke25 is found liable to a Member, oke25's aggregate maximum liability to that Member shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves financial risk. All Members acknowledge and accept that they may lose the entirety of any funds deposited and wagered on the Platform. oke25 expressly disclaims any responsibility for gambling-related financial losses. Members are encouraged to set and adhere to personal deposit limits and to access responsible gaming tools as described in Section 8.

The updated Terms will display the revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page and will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
